Bolo de açaflor / Açaflor (Safflower) Cake

Misture na seguinte ordem: 2 copos de açúcar amarelo; 3 ovos; 200 gr de margarina; 3 copo e meio de farinha autolevedante; 1 copo de leite; uma pitada de sal; raspa de laranja; e colher de sobremesa de açaflor (seque o açaflor num forno pouco quente ou apagado e esmague-o num almofariz).

Coza no forno a 180º durante 45 minutos

Mix in the following order: 2 cups of brown sugar, 3 eggs, 200 gr margarine, 3 and a half cup of self-rising flour, 1 cup of milk, a pinch of salt, orange zest, and tablespoon açaflor (dry the açaflor a lightly hot oven or off and crush it in a mortar).

Bake in oven at 180 ° for 45 minutes
